We would all disagree on stuff and next thing you now, the whole us starts a war into a state. So basicly the us would be a battleground everywhere

There are 50 states. Each has its own State government. All 50 States are under one Federal government.

The state government is the premier of each government and in NSW our premier is Nathan Rees and he looks after the state government.

The idea of a unified Greece under one government is a modern construction. Ancient Greece was a region, not one country. The various cities, such as Athens, Thebes, Sparta, Corinth, Megara, Delphi, Pylos, etc. each ruled themselves independently of one another, leading each to be called a city-state, since the city and the surrounding countryside were independent of other states. Since the city-states were all independent, they each had their own form of government.
Each state produced their own money under the articles and that was a major problem. There was no national currency.
The system of government which guarantees that each state has representation at the national level is a republic. America has a republic government.
