You should keep applying at other places, keep going to other interviews, keep looking for other opportunities. You do all that while waiting (hoping) to hear back from the first company.
Calling again will only annoy them. They've got your application, they've done the interview, and they are aware of your interest. It's either 'yes' or 'no', and if it's 'yes', you'll know soon enough.
