Answer No! She is going with another guy and until she decides to either keep going with him or breaking off their relationship then you should stay out of it. Also, don't be THAT guy, the one who's waiting to see if her relationship has ended and hopes it does. She'll only be confused if you go for her right away and maybe you'll just be a rebound. If you know what respect is and you respect her, let her do her thing.
