Actually, Some do. Ina Garten films in her own home, Paula Deen films in her own home, and Giada De Laurentis films in different homes of people in the LA area.
Unfortunately they either throw it all away or the crew eats it.

The show was named Iron Chef America where two top chefs compete on a battle where they have to cook one secret ingredient. The chefs have to create 5 courses which will be judged by 3 guest judges. The show is extremely popular in both USA and around the world.
