After you get a DUI (even the first time), your license gets suspended. Technically, you can still get or reinstate a CDL after three DUIs, once you've met all the requirements for reinstatement of your license. Fortunately, nobody would even consider hiring you with a record like that. And anyone company which would is probably destined to be shut down by the FMCSA at some point, anyhow. Go find another line of work. It'll be better for all of us.
Out of service, heavy fines, vehicle impounded.
NO...a traffic ticket WILL NOT revoke your cdl license
If you are an established resident of Florida, yes. If not, then no.
Depends on where you got the ticket. Some jurisdictions have a lane violation fine as high as $450 and 3 point.
As long as the courts decide it should be suspended for. Add three years to the suspension period before anyone will hire you as a CDL driver again.
Getting the CDL back won't be a problem. Finding employment probably will be, though.
You can get the license, but don't hold your breath waiting to get hired - especially if either of those DUIs were within the last seven years.
Generally 2 prior DUIs mean a permanent revocation of a driver’s CDL.
You can get the CDL. Finding employment with two DUIs on your record will be the problem.
You will not be granted the CDL certification you are seeking. The good news is, your regular operators license will still be valid.
Yes, you can get a CDL. Finding employment with multiple DUIs on your record can be a little difficult, however. If you don't have at least seven years between your last conviction and the present, you'd probably be better off finding something else to do.
what the maxmum point you can have on your cdl license
Yes, you will need insurance to drive with a CDL license.
No, you can't get a Kansas CDL with one DUI, let alone two. It sounds like those two DUIs were picked up pretty close together also if you never had one before. If you are serious about keeping your CDL you should call an attorney about it immediately.
My husband has his CDL license but he just had a mild stroke, can he keep his license.
Out of service, heavy fines, vehicle impounded.
No you can not
