The same thing that would happen if you ate that amount of sugar straight out of the bag. For most people, this is "nothing in particular" (unless they make a habit of it), though diabetics might have some problems.
Cereal does not have the nutritional content to support you fully. You wouldn't die, but you would become malnourished. And, you would have very low energy without fruits and vegetables.

t isn't very good for you. Starchy food has a lot of glucose, and when it starts breaking down in your body, it uses up a lot of water. so if you eat a lot of starch you can get dehydrated. But there are some benefits, like it fills you up more so you won't eat more fatty-foods. So it helps in diet. So overall, Its isn't bad if you don't eat too much.
