You will quickly lose a lot of water weight and some fat and muscle weight. If you continue eating very low calories you will continue to lose weight, but will likely go into some type of starvation mode. This will not keep you from losing weight, but will slow down the amount of weight you can lose and will make it harder to lose weight in the future.

it slows ur metabolism down, ur body goes into reserve mode, so it releases energy a lot slower, the problem is when u go back to eating normal, it takes ur body a couple of days to adjust to normality, and in those momments is where u can regain ur weight or more
