The police in France simply don't care... basically anyone can buy tobacco and the police will very rarely give a sh*t.
depends where you get punishment from. From home or state law or country?
"Getting caught" implies there is something wrong or illegal about it, which is not the case. You may be required to declare the tobacco, and could be subject to taxes depending on the amount however; talk to a customs and/or mail official.
the french caught the plague in 2009
If he isn't caught - nothing. If he gets caught it depends on which drug it is. If the drug is considered to be performance enchancing it's big trouble. Both the team and the rider can be penalized and even kicked out of the race.
they get sacked from their job if they got caught!
nothing happens. unless you give up the person that did it and then he can get fined and lose license if he had one
There is no marijuana age so it would be the same consequences as an overage person.
The teen was jailed :(
It would depend on the characteristics of the crime as in: How old is the individual? Where was the crime committed? What state was the crime committed in? The amount of marijuana in possession? Look for your state's laws in regards to that question. But most importantly, don't get caught!
IF they are caught then they are prosecuted, the same other places.
The legal drinking age is 18. Selling alcohol to people already drunk is illegal. If an underage person is caught with alcohol, they get arrested IRL- it never happens

Yes, if you're under the legal age, or if it was illegally obtained (smuggles cigarettes, for example).
Were you caught? Depends on the state.
If you're caught with it in your car, you almost certainly will. If you're driving under the influence at any age, you definitely will.
Your probation will most likely be revoked.
