5 minute Epoxy will work if used carefully.
If the surface area is big enough epoxy or super glue might work, but there's a lot of stress on that part, even the best glue is not going to last long.
Epoxy is best for that.

There is a type of glue for every repair.
gorilla glueANS 2 - Aqua Seal is specifically made for that kind of repair.
Elmer's China and Glass glue will repair them.
PVA glueANS 2 Epoxy or carpenters yellow glue may be best, depending exactly what you are gluing.
That depends if you are fixing a part of them, or not. I don't see it as the best adhesive for fixing any part of eyeglasses, but then you may have different glasses than I do.

A glue that can be used to repair a toaster oven door is one that can stand high temperatures. Epoxy resin is an example of glue that may work.
