I just recently found a second fuse box on my 2002 Ford Escort zx2 it is located to the outside of the driver side dash above and a little to the right of the first lower fuse box located just inside the drivers door above the fuel shut off switch. However, I was actually lying down with my head on the floorboard before I found it. It houses audio, fog light, cig. lighter etc.. I never knew it was there until the other day. Hope this helps.
