Egg is considered a protein, so basiclly you would simply invest in some protein shake's from GMC or etc. to improve body mass. Be smart and eat smart! Protein is high on the list as the above poster said. Meats, eggs, different protein shakes, but you should also introduce lots of vegetables, fruits and dairy products and drink 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water a day (or more if you are perspiring heavier) and power drinks to get the salt back into your system. Be carefull not to go over board on Protein most body builders take in to much protein and end up putting on alot of bad fat. Take more carbohydrates then protein. Carbs can be white meat e.g Fish and chicken. Take Omega3 fish oil tablets as well they are a great source of energy as they are EFA - essential fatty acids which are alot like carbs and can give the same energy but deposit next to no fat!.

You're gonna want to eat a lot of complex carbohydrates, protein and healthy fats. For example for carbs Sweet potato Brown rice Whole grain bread Protein Lean chicken Turkey Steak Fats Avocado Olive oil Almonds To pack on mass you need t eat an excess of calories because calories directly translate into mass as long as you're eating the right stuff. So I'd recommend eating about 6 meals throughout the day all consisting of smaller portions of a combination of carbs protein and fats.
