Lots of foods make up the eatwell plate. What you should eat most of are fruit and vegetables, also starchy foods - they make up the two larger sections of the plate. Then in a smaller section are meat and another is dairy products.

The eat well plate is a pie chart that shows you how much of different types of food you should eat in your daily life eg. chocolate and sugars are not a huge part of the eat well plate and the fruit and veg part is bigger because they are better for you.
