They didn't kiss in the first anime or the manga. They might soon though since the series is kind of coming to a close.
Winry and Edward never really kiss in the anime/manga but *SPOILERS* it appears that they get married and have children of their own according to a picture of them in the very last chapter of the manga.
actually, he basically proposes to her in the last manga chapter... but no, sadly they do not kiss :(

It's obviously winry!!!! because If you watch the second OVA, Edward is shown as a grandfather with three grandchildren. One of the children strikingly resembles Winry, so that means they did still end up with eah other, cause you see,there's no way for edward to have a grandchild that has greatly look's like winry if he and winry did not end up with each other! and infact he and rose does not suit each other!. there's no way for them to end up each other!!!! Upon his arrival, he and Winry meet before he parts again. During that time, she outfitted him with new automail, just like his old ones. After that, no one knows.

They do not in the first anime series but in the last chapter of the manga they appear to have been together for a while and Ed proposes to her before leaving on a trip. On the last page of the manga there is a picture of Ed with a wedding ring on with Winry and their kids as well. Since Brotherhood follows the manga it's likely it'll have the same conclusion for Ed and Winry.
