You shouldn't desire the things that belong to others. Don't be jealous!

This is one of the Ten Commandments from the Bible. It means you should not envy your neighbour for what he has. It doesn't mean to not steal what is not your property--that's a different commandment. ("Thou shalt not steal" in the KJV translation)
Ex:20:17: Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's. Covet means to wish for,or eagerly desire.

It simply means that You should not sleep with your neighbor's wife because it is an act of Adultery

I believe it means that you should apply what you learned in the sermon in your everyday life.. for instance if the say "thou shall not covet thy neighbor", then don't go home and have envious actions or jealous feelings toward anyone.
