The term Holy Trinity is often referred to by the Catholic church as Three Gods in one. The scriptures however refute this idea. When Christ was upon the earth he often spoke with His Father. One incident refers to three separate beings, this was at the baptism of Christ by John. The Father voice was heard coming from heaven saying. "This is my beloved son...." The Holy Ghost then descended upon Christ "As a light as a dove".

Summing it up, this means that there are three separate beings, the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost all having one purpose, that of the salvation of mankind. They represent the Godhead.

what is trinity in God?

the trinity in science mean tree individual that makes one, but in God, it is way different, there's only One God up there, you are flesh, which is one body and one spirit, but God can do anything, so he live in three person,, which is (the father, the son, and the holy spirit) if you said the father,, you are saying God,, if you said the son you are saying God,, if you said the holly spirit,, you are saying God,, listen what just happen,, you are one spirit in one body,, but God(trinity) can describe as One God in three body, or one spirit in three body,, He live in all three body,, when Jesus was in the earth, he was flesh and God at the same time, so the father live in him, IE the father is the son and the son is the holly spirit,, what i'm trying to say is like one spirit live in three body( eg,, if one cup of water is 1 pound ,, and one bucket is 3 pound,, then i took three cup,, just imagine that the water is God spirit for example,,, then i took the three pound of water which is in the bucket,, than i put it in three cup,, these three cup are three (3) objects which is trinity, but there's one water inside three of them,, ) this is how it is,, when you heard (the father, the son and the holy spirit) doesn't mean that it's three Gods that makes one,, there's One God which live in three of them,, when Jesus was in the earth, when they asked him, who is the father?,, then Jesus reply,, if you see me,, you already see the father,, this case shows you that the father is Jesus,, and Jesus is the father,,ie the father live in Jesus,, and Jesus live in the father,, they have different name,, but there's one God in three of them(persons), when the father's talk, it is like the son is talking and is the same as holy spirit, because God (one spirit) is live in three body or three persons. this process describe as trinity in God.

ANSWER

Trinity means 'Three in one' : God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

The easiest way to understand the idea of the Trinity is to personalize it:-

Men, you are a SON, you have a FATHER (if you are a parent you are one), and you have a SPIRIT is shown by your own particular traits (such as Attitude, Character, Courage, Essence, Fire, Humour, Intelligence, Life, Outlook, Temper, Will, and Wisdom. )

And this applies to Women too: since resurrected women are called 'angels' [some are already angels!] and Angels are 'asexual', (meaning neither male nor female), it means the terms Mother and FATHER are interchangeable, as are SON and Daughter.

Matthew 22:30 KJV

(v.30) For in the resurrection they [women] neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

Luke 20:34-36 GNB

(v.34) Jesus answered them,"The men and women of this age marry,

(v.35) but the men and women who are worthy to rise from death and live in the age to come will not then marry.

(v.36) They will be like angels and cannot die. They are the children of God, because they have risen from death.
