If you are sexually active and fear becoming pregnant, the wisest course of action is to use Birth Control. It might even refer to a relationship that you hope will develop into a long-term commitment. Only if you have been sexually active since your last menstrual period should you be concerned that your dream might indicate an early pregnancy. Much the same applies to your dreams of someone else being pregnant; that "someone" represents yourself. Still, be aware that dreams are not reliable indications of pregnancy. If for any reason you suspect you might be pregnant, your best course of action would be to obtain a pregnancy test.
