The meaning depends if the person isn't pregant, is pregnant, or is a virgin.
if pregnant: means that the baby will be delivered safely and recovery will be swift.
isn't: you will be unhappy with your husband, and your children will not be attractive.
virgin: scandel and adversity

Then if it came true, you could say that you had predicted it! However, the reality is that most dreams about pregnancy have to do with projects or plans that are in process. For example, when an author is working on writing a book, she will often dream of being pregnant, because she is trying to "deliver" the new work. Also, dreams are nearly always about the dreamer.
