It most likely means that the unit is working as it should.
Some explanation is in order...
First the air conditioner in your home is designed to cool the air. When air cools, any moisture that is in the air gets squeezed out. This is called condensation.
Most air conditioners have a condensate pan buildt into the unit, and a line coming out of the pan through which the condensate can and will flow under normal conditions.
Most units also have a secondary drain line. if water is comming out of this line then the firs is possibly obstructed.
Hope this helps

Good explanation but if I'm understanding the definition of overflow tube it means you have problems. In my house, one of our A/C units is in the attic and has 2 drains. It has 1)a primary that drains to the house sewer system and 2)a catch pan under the unit that drains to a pipe and empties outside under the eaves. This is the overflow. If you see water dripping from a pipe outside, it means your primary is clogged and it should be fixed SOON. If the overflow also clogs, you'll have water damage to walls, ceiling, floors etc. We live in Texas and our air conditioner will remove gallons water from the air in a normal day. Imagine if it has nowhere to go.

It means that the tube is clogged. You need to clean it out or eventually you will have a leak of the water that is backing up in the system.
The overflow tube is clogged is my first guess, unless someone or something has cracked the drain tube with activity in the area.
It has to be on a slight downward slope from your house so the condensation can drain otherwise it will leak into your dwelling. as far as the angle I do not know.
don't no
Water will condense in the inside unit of the air conditioner. This is because the coils in the unit get cold (ad expected) and moisture in the air condenses on them like moisture on a cold glass. There should be a drain inside the unit to drain this water. Check that it isn't clogged.
The jet trails across the sky were caused by condensation. The condensation of the water on the outside of the glass left a ring on the table. The condensation fogged up his glasses when he walked into the house.
condensation
the answer is air conditioner
Sometimes, yeah.
Certainly! I mounted a Kenmore 18000 BTU window unit through the wall several years ago and it cools my small house just fine. Just be sure that it tilts down a little at the outside so condensation will drip outside and not all over your floor!
don't let the room steam!
A powerful full house air conditioner unit will cost in the range of 1500 to 2000 dollars.
