Sometimes a rabbit's urine is reddish and that doesn't mean it's bleeding. Rabbit urine can change colour depending on the weather, stress levels, dehydration, what foods they've eaten, etc.

The rabbit could have ovarian cancer, or an injury in the area, or perhaps a urinary infection, or something else.
Female rabbits don't menstruate. There's no normal reason for a rabbit to bleed.
Rabbit urine can sometimes be reddish, dark or bright, but that doesn't mean the rabbit is bleeding. It could be because of something she ate (like the pigment in a vegetable), or maybe the rabbit is under a bit of stress or dehydrated. Look for other signs of ill-health in your rabbit, and consider any improvements you make to your rabbit's diet or lifestyle.
