∙ 15y agoI assume by "combustion", you mean what "stroke combustion" do car engines use. Cars use 4 stroke combustion engines, while smaller engines (such as a lawnmower or weedeater) can use a 2 stroke combustion engine. Basically, a two stroke engine makes two strokes of the piston before starting the cycle over, while a 4 stroke engine has 4 strokes of the piston (intake, compression, combustion, exaust) before starting the cycle over. The thing goes up and down.
