What does a female and a male psychopath or sociopath act like in details?

Both male and females carry the same symptoms. Some are very intelligent while others not so much. The more intelligent ones are exceptionally good at feigning a different persona. Both are 'sometimes' very good looking and will use it to their greatest advantage. Usually these are people not easily spotted(if they're smart enough to fool everyone!). You could think they're the sweetest people on earth, not ever being able to imagine that they could be a sociopath. They can be charming, give lots of compliments, they can come across moody, charismatic, some might appear to have a huge ego, others might stay more in the shadows afraid of slipping their inner thoughts, seem awkward. They can have a wide social circle, because lets face it, if they want, they will win over almost anybody they desire. But some mingle with hardly anyone. Some can be very flirtatious, some don't even try to be. They can pretend so easily. Some may even pretend to be less intelligent than they actually are, and just so they can appear innocent and naive. They sometimes lie, and cheat. Usually lust over another, but never really love. Some have very high paying jobs, and some take on high positions. The ones that aren't attention seeking usually are less motivated to be at the top. They're satisfied in a more flexible job, probably just so they can come and go as they please. Some can't even hold down a job. Some steal, rape, stalk, engage in animal cruelty, some go as far as murder(Ted Bundy), some drive recklessly, vandalize, do drugs, etc. All without a care in the world. They know what right and wrong is, they just don't care. They don't feel things like other people do. Its actually very sad when you think about it. From a distance these people might appear as though they have it all, but in reality these are probably the most lonely people you'll ever come by. They can't feel love the way everybody else does. However, some sociopaths have maybe one person or thing in their life that actually means something special to them. Some sociopaths might not cry at their own wife/husbands death, but could cry if they're son or daughter dies. They can be funny, sarcastic, even seem shy, or boisterous, overly confident, and loud. Some are quiet, and speak very little. Some don't have the best skills in conversing. Some have a really bad temper thats seldom displayed. They might even go into a rage. They sometimes con others, seem irritable, can be huge on manipulation, and laugh at inappropriate times.

Many people can share these characteristics, so it wouldn't be wise to just consider anyone that display these same symptoms a sociopath. Only a trained professional in psychiatry would be able to say whether they are or aren't.
