From my knowledge, most Rastafarian people wear their hair in dread locks. This is when the hair is knotted and rolled in between the palms until it creates one long tendril. There are several of these long tendrils created in the hair until the entire head of hair looks this way. From my understanding, their hair ties in with their spirituality. I would Google Dread locks and spirituality together to find out more. Google Bob Marley. He is a perfect example. He is a famous Rastafarian. He is known well for his Reggae music on Black rites and freedom, as well as love and peace on earth.

They have dreadlocks and wear them in a green red and yellow coloured hat as these are the colour of the rastafarian flag. They are mainly black, and have a sort of jamaican, reggae look.
