Before he concluded his annual address to a joint session of Congress and the nation on January 25, 2011, the President said "it's because of our people that our future is hopeful, our journey goes forward, and the state of our union is strong."
He did not. First, I think you are referring to the "State of the Union" address. This is a formal speech, and every president must deliver one to congress. There is no evidence that President Obama ever used internet slang like 'lmao" or the more vulgar "lmfao" during such a major speech as the State of the Union address. Further, the transcripts of his State of the Union speeches do not show that he ever said this.

He said it in the third paragraph of his speech: "Together, we have cleared away the rubble of crisis, and can say with renewed confidence that the state of our union is stronger." I enclose a link to a transcript of the speech.
I would say President Barack Obama for leaving the troops in Libya and his horrible Middle East policies and the bad economy. But he is way too resent as well as Biden. So I would say James Buchanan for post civil war policies and tearing the Union apart. But if you include recent presidents itβs Obama.
President Obama is not a Freemason and has not been.
Martin Luther King Jr. could say anything to President Barack Obama. There is not a right or wrong answer.
President Obama was the first and only black president, so I'm going to say president Obama.
I would say so; but a lot of it is just opinion. A republican would likely say that President Obama was worse. A democrat in contrast would likely say President Bush was worse.
Barack Obama was elected president
Nothing to say
Chief Justice messed up so they redid it so nobody could say obama wasnt president.
Mr. Barack Obama made vague statements during his campaign to become president. The most notable is his promise for "change."
