Those Christians who believe the Savior was born during winter, sometimes celebrate Christmas but usually not as a materialistic "Santa Claus festival". Those who refer to the Bible and find it unlikely Jesus was born during winter, often choose not to celebrate Christmas and instead focus on Easter. Easter recognizes The Resurrection and triumph of life over death, while Christmas focuses on The Birth.
