It means belonging to a suffix, such as 'a suffix's spelling'.

A suffix is an ending you attach to a word to change its meaning: an example would be combining the word 'attend' with the suffix '-tion' to make the word 'attention'.

Its opposite would be a prefix, which is attached to the beginning of a word instead.

By the way you've asked the question you've been given the answer above - quite correctly. However, I suggest that if you hadn't put the apostrophe in the word 'suffix's' then you'd have ended up with the answer you want (I'm only guessing though) - which is that suffixes are short words that you add to the end of another word to change its meaning slightly. The apostrophe has meant that you are referring to something belonging to a suffix.
