Try Goof -Off .
ok before you do any thing STOP what your doing. Don't try to scratch of the super glue, if you do you will scratch the lens. so soak the glasses in hot water for an hour or two to break down the glue then get a rag and rub the glue off. if it does not work the first time and do process over again. Good Luck.

F#ck ya it will...use a solution of 3 parts rubbing alcohol to one part water in a spray bottle and you have a kick a$$ eye glass cleaning solution. Just be sure to rinse your glasses under warm water before using the solution and buff with a lens cloth. Your $h1t will be clear as day.
The size (diameter) of a lens does not determine its focal length. The amount of curvature of the lens does. Citing a diameter for a lens doesn't help us find the focal length. Lenses are ground to specifications that allow short or long focal length. The more curved the lens, the shorter the focal length. You can see this if we specify a given curvature and then start to "flatten" the lens. The focal length will get longer and longer as the lens is flattened. When the lens is flat (has to curvature) the lense has an infinite focal length, just like a piece of flat glass.
The body tube of a compound optical microscope contains two lens systems, the objective lens composed of one or several lenses that magnify the image of the object being examined, and the ocular lens at the eyepiece end. The magnification of the microscope depends on the focal lengths of the two lens systems.

If it's a glass lens, soften it with Goof-Off , then carefully scrape it off with a craft knife. - If they are plastic lenses as many are these days, I don't think it will come off.
do you mean glasses to wear or glasses to drink from? With glasses to wear, the lens falls out. they use a special kind of glue and some wire to stick it back into place, and then screw it in. With drinking glasses, they are VERY hard to repair, but I guess glue and a lot of time and patience would do the trick
