this will depend on the laws of the country in which you live. However, in general.

1) The death certificate should be issued by a physician

2) The death must be registered (within a certain number of days) by the next of kin.

3) The surviving family should be informed

4) The funeral should be organized and held (you may make a notice of this in a newspaper)

5) The will (please everyone make a will if you don't have a will things can get very messy and expensive to sort out) should be found and the executor should get this passed though the courts of probate.

6) After will is passed the assets of the dead person should (after any taxes and or outstanding debts are paid) be divided up as the will requests.

* When there is a loss etiquette can sometimes go out the window because the family is grieving. This is a time when family gathers together and should become closer. Depending on the person who has passed away it is the person closest to them (such as a parent, husband, wife, etc.) that will make plans for the funeral, memorial service and the family meets at the grave site to say their last goodbyes. Then the closet family member of the deceased may have a gathering at their home for the people at the funeral (which would be announced in the church or chapel) and Sandwiches, tea, coffee and desserts would be offered. A last tribute to the deceased. It is also customary for the person holding the tea to have one or two photographs of the deceased or as many photos as they feel they want. In each culture it can be slightly different.

* I am very sorry to hear this, but unfortunately, death knows no age. It is normal to go through a grieving process .. feeling sad; crying; thinking of your friend all the time; looking at pictures of them or the both of you; listening to a favorite song of theirs and feeling a big hole in your heart. Sometimes people will get angry because the person has died whether it is their fault or not. Everyone grieves differently. It may seem like you will never get over the pain in your heart, but, it is true time will heal and you will never be without your friend because you have all those wonderful memories of them. If it would make you feel better and you can, then visit your friend's family as I am sure they would love to see you. When things get tough remember that your friend is at peace and away from pain and you need to move on in their memory because your friend would not like to see you stop living just because of them. Give it time and it's a promise that in your own good time you will be able to talk in the future about your friend and even have some laughs over the silly things you've said and done together.

When a family member dies the first thing to do is to register the death usually within five days after the death unless you are waiting for a coroner's report. Then you need to petition for allowance of the will and for appointment of an executor if the deceased has left a will. You must petition for appointment of an administrator if the deceased died intestate, or without leaving a will.

Call the police immediately. They will send someone to assist you. You will also need to call a funeral home to pick up the body and prepare it for burial.

Is it bad to kiss your sister on the cheeks?

What does it mean if you dream about maggots in a family member's old house?

Maggots represent rot and decay, and most people react to maggots with revulsion and disgust. The family member's old house would symbolize that person's past, perhaps their family history. However, your dreams are about YOU, and your family member's family history is necessarily your own family history. This suggests that the dream expresses feelings of disgust and rejection that you feel toward something in your background, heritage or ancestry. By setting the dream in the context of another family member, your mind is (symbolically) distancing yourself from that history.

What is an usip card?

What does it mean one member of your family is being attacked by a panther in your dream?

The dream suggests that you have unexpressed anger toward this particular family member. The panther symbolizes that anger and allows your mind to separate yourself from the desire to injure the family member. By visualizing a panther making the attack, you avoid any feelings of guilt, while experiencing satisfaction and release of emotional tension while in the safe context of sleep.

Is family favored in guardianship cases?

Yes. However, every case is different. The court will hear the request of a responsible adult who steps up and wants to be a legal guardian of a child. Is kissing your big sister bad?

It depends on the type of kiss. Romantic kisses, long kisses, passionate kisses, open mouth kisses are not good among siblings. However, a quick smooch or peck on the cheek like any family member gives to another is fine. You are just showing affection toward a family member in that case, which is normal.

How do you politely let people know that you do NOT want to have a baby shower?

By the rules of proper etiquette, you can't. It isn't up to you if you have a baby shower or not. This is a party given for you and your future arrival by family or close friends that should only require you showing up. If you do not want/need one you can ask them not to give you one and offer an alternative instead like ask for money to be put toward cord blood banking instead of gifts. Just don't be shocked when no one listens or thinks you're a total witch.
