What do you do when your wife is insecure about your relationship and always asks if you still love her and you really do?

Perhaps it all stems from a previous relationship when she felt she was cheated on emotionally and is having a hard time letting go. Her insecurity can go away with time. Mile insecurity is normal for many women. She just needs to hear that you love her often and show her with your actions. For women, actions speak much louder than words. If her insecurity effects her routine or ability to enjoy sex, then she needs to visit a therapist. It might not be easy to ask her to go so you might suggest you both go for some ideas on how to strengthen a marraige.

He probably does love you but he is insecure himself. He will have to get over that or it will always be this way. I was in a relationship like that for 15 years and to this day if we go some where that we both will be, like to a family funeral he is still over protective. He tries to tell me that I have a mental issue and he wants to make sure I am alright in front of other people. I do fight depression but nothing like he acts. He is so insecure that it ran me away from him. He is the one that needs some mental help.

First of all, if you are that insecure about your relationship, then it will never work long distance. If you can't be together, then maybe it's better to cut the tie and move on. listen, I'm going through the same thing. Honestly all i can say is that do you really love him? If you do, then let the relationship flow, if it doesn't, then im really sorry, but it really wasn't ment to be.
