∙ 13y agoMe, I fix them be it software or hardware. If I don't know how to I learn by buying books, search the web, talk to others who know and learn more. If that's not what you want to do then it would be good to know someone good at working on computers and ask if they can fix your problem. If they are willing then compensate them for it with the "thank you" of appreciation. If you don't know anyone then a computer repair store will have to do.

∙ 13y agoNo do not smash it...all you do is check your antivirus..or go2 a local computer market and ask them to fix it..the only reason to smash a computer is if it is missing a motherboard..then it would be worth nothing...

∙ 12y agoI recommend taking it to a computer repair place that is a non chain owned store. Do not take it to Geek squad, they are the worst. Just look on Google there are lots of repair places. Also locally owned repair places are usually cheaper and faster.
