There isn't any feature for visual video adjustments in Windows Movie Maker unfortunately. The program is very basic with limited features. Sorry.
You need to Publish/Finish the movie in Windows Movie Maker before it can be uploaded onto YouTube. Conversion is automatic during this process... In other words, Windows Movie Maker converts it to a .wmv file format which is compatible for uploading.
