How do you make your people not weak on virtual families?

Your little people need their rest, so if they don't get it at night they become instantly weak. If your people are deprived of food, they will also become weak. Make sure to feed and put them to rest at night. When they go to bed, to not open the game again until the next morning or they will wake up and not get good rest. If you mostly play VF at night, you should switch the day/night cycle. This way if you open the game at, say, 6:00pm, it will be 6:00am for them and they'll be fully rested! Also, if you have the full version a bottle will come up in the store that will motivate them to sleep. You can give it to one of your people and they will go to bed even if it is daytime. If you have a big family make sure to buy a lot of groceries at the same time so that they don't run out. Hope this helps.

Make sure they have lots of rest. Think about you not sleeping! You would be weak. Also, make sure they have plenty of food. If you have the full version, look in the store and find a orange bottle in varied stock. It makes them less weak. Hope this helped!

Well all you have to do to make the person well again if they are weak just do exactly this: 1. click the detail button at the bottom. 2. keep pressing the arrows next to where the person is. 3. when you see who is week look at thier details (mainly look at the bars like energy and health and stuff like that) 4. fix it by doing exactly this: 1. if its the energy bar thats low put it in bed until its full. 2. if its the health thats slow bye organics and get something like the treadmill and wait untill thats full. 3. if its the happiness thats low keep praising it and its happiness will grow. 4. and finally if its the fed thats low well just feed it!
