You have to get it from the man who's standing in top of the tower in harbor. First go to the big mall like place, enter it, on the left right corner you will find a cracker, Get it! go outside and talk to the red type parrot sitting on a barrel, talk to him. He will say something..... then go to the sea water and jump on it and come back. You will find him at the right side building of the barrels ( on a a top window). Go talk to him again! He will say something again and fly off! Then go and stand on a chimney on right building, Then go to the right sided pal tree and you will find him sitting there. Talk to him and he will fly of again! This time go and meet the man standing in top of the tower in harbor. He will say to give you a reward if you bring the parrot back to him. Go to a buildings top where the parrot is flying. Use the cracker to make him greedy and follow you. Go back to the man and talk to him. He will give you the map peace as a reward.
