This can happen, and if it happens often it means that the chicken's diet is incorrect. They need calcium in their diet in order to make the shell and this can be supplied by giving them old (used) egg shells to peck at or a sand made out of lime stone.
There is nothing to do. This happens as the hen ages and it can also happen if the hen is not getting enough nutrition. Most older hens as they get too old to produce eggs will lay soft or shell less eggs and eventually stop laying altogether.
You can try adding more calcium to her diet or put her on a Layer feed which will contain all the calcium she needs.
It is probably because of a mineral deficiency. To fix that, you can buy oyster shell that has been crushed to feed them. And, if you want to, you can, after they start laying, rinse and bake the shell and crush them to feed to them so you do not have to keep buying shell.
How were you trying to hatch them? If you had a hen sitting on them maybe the eggs were not fertile. If you had them in an incubator maybe there was some thing wrong with your incubator.
bit hard to answer when don't know the full details.
Try some new eggs that you know are fertile.
stop laying too old
Froggies :d
Chicken are not really born. Unlike mammals, chickens are hatched from the egg laid by the hen or female chicken. The hen lays a fertilized egg in a nest and if that egg is incubated for 21 days a chick will emerge from the shell.

Blood on the outside of a chicken egg is not uncommon. Small blood vessels can rupture within the oviduct of the hen as she produces and lays an egg. The egg can pickup these blood spots and they dry once the egg laid. You can wash these off with a small amount of warm water and a cloth even after they have dried onto the shell.
A whiye egg is normally laid by a chicken.
by lap dancing renzmtrovela: because the egg white and egg yolk is made before the egg shell it puts the egg shell around it
It is the same as a regular chicken shell.
No, not that I know of. Chicken is the species. A rooster is a male chicken. A hen is a female chicken. A chick is a young, undeveloped chicken. YMT.
