If you are a baby breathing in ammonia from your nappy I would say it's very bad for you .I don't think any diaper producing company has ever tested for the interaction between ammonia and there diaper . Does the baby heat up the urea in a plastic nappy which then gives off ammonia gas is this a problem for babies worldwide or is it okay for babies to breath in the ammonia no company or government has ever tested this scenario Worldwide . (If they had) diapers would have a warning label use with care . Is ammonia responsible for Asthma, eczema, breathing problems , cot death , If you look in a veterinary dictionary you will read ammonia is a colourless oderless gas that causes chickens to go blind and it causes burn marks to there legs . Is it safe to leave a baby in ammonia for a length of time .I would say one thing testing testing testing .Yours sincerelyTwelve hours .
