お兄さん /o nii san/ is most common term for 'big brother', out of which さん /san/ is the honorific part. You might hear お兄様 /o nii sa ma/ in anime/manga etc, but it's practically hardly ever used in real life since 'sama' is an honorific of extreme respect/formality and used in special cases.

You call them onee-chan or onee-sama which ever way you look up to them. When you address your sister they will say your name instead of calling you nii-chan (which means older brother) but you don't always have to call them that, if they prefer you say there name then you can.
