You call 9-1-1, and dispatch will call one for your needs.
If your to tired to actually get up. Then call the local EMS or hospital. If your to tired to get out of bed smash the window with something you can throw at it and scream for help. If your to tired to pick something up, close your eyes and meditate.
As soon as you determine that an infant is non-responsive. Call EMS (usually 911) IMMEDIATELY! Don't waste any time wondering whether or not to call. Carry the child with you to the phone if possible. The EMS dispatcher will give you instructions on what to do.

Call EMS after you have given care to the infant for 2 minutes. Better yet, if someone else is available to make the call, they can call right away while you administer care.
