Thanks and and i am Ghanaian who wants to travel for holidays in any country that have visa free with Ghana passport that's why i look up here There is no Puerto Rican Visa. You will have to obtain a visa to visit the United States. Puerto Rico is a territory of the USA and Puerto Ricans are considered US citizens. Requirements are the same as arrival in any other USA destination. Hope this helps.
