What do i do if i can't move any of my itunes songs around on my mac?

Your media can be placed anywhere you wish, whether on the Internal or external hard drives or even on CDs. Use iTunes preferences to indicate how iTunes adds media to your iTunes Library.
If you manually move media around, iTunes will not know where it is. So after moving any media, drag the media from its new location on to the iTunes dock icon. Media that iTunes has lost contact with will be marked by an ! mark. You can have iTunes find the media by locating the media for iTunes.

You should be able to click on the song you want in limewire, wait until it breaks away from the playlist and drag this little icon thing over to itunes where u can put it in the library on the list to the left. if this doesnt work then in limewire highlight the song and right click and add to queue or enqueue or whatever its called n save the songs to a file then in limewire hit file add songs from file then find this file and the songs should move into ur itunes library

when you have the songs on the flash drive in the computeryou have to first move them to a new folder on the desktop and then move drag them to your itunes window. Then you should be fine because they are now saved to the computer put don't do it with your freinds computers because the songs are for private home use only. Itunes 9 has a new thing called home sharing so its way easier
