Beibei - Prosperity / Aquatic Sports

Jingjing - Happiness / Weightlifting, Judo, etc.

Huanhuan - Passion / Ball and Racquet Sports

Yingying - Health / Track and Field

Nini - Good Fortune / Gymnastics

Their names come from the sentence "Beijing huanying ni" which means "Beijing welcomes you."
