What percentage of Rwanda speak french?

Nearly 70% of Rwandans speak French. This is because Rwanda and neighboring Burundi were once part of the Belgian Congo. While there are German and Dutch speakers in Belgium, most of the colonizers were French. Rwanda, of course, does have its own native language, which is known as Kinyarwanda.

Were the hutus and tutsis divided by their appearance when the belgians forced them to carry an ethnicity cad?

No. When the identity card system was put in place in 1935, Rwandans were categorized as Hutu or Tutsi solely based on wealth. Those who had more than ten cows became Tutsis, and those with fewer became Hutus. This was partially for practical reasons: there had been so much intermarriage between ethnic groups that almost no one could exclusively claim one ancestry. One consequence (leaving aside decades of ethnic tension and one of the most horrific genocides the world has ever seen) was that, while there are still physical characteristics (height, stature, shape of nose, etc.) associated with one group or the other, many Rwandans have the "wrong" characteristics.

Why did Juvénal Habyarimana get killed?

He was killed because ha had just betrayed those with whom they had taken the country with....they had decided to make Rwanda a country lead by hutu only, and this is not what Rwandans who had exiled wanted( they wanted to share the power. When Habyarimana agreed to sign the treat his "allies", if i may say, got mad at him and that's when he was killed before he reach the Kigali airport.
