Beowulf is a hero character in the film or the poem of Beowulf. In the story he kills a monster called Grendel who didn't allow people to have feast in the mead Hall { a big hall where the people have feast and enjoy themselves. Beowulf also kills Grendel's mother in the story who was hard to defeat than Grendel but he managed to get his sword and he slashed her neck.

Then Beowulf tried to defeat a dragon but he failed and died in this try. He died because he was affected by the poison in the dragon. He came to the king of the danish called Hrothgar. He was impressed by Beowulf and made him the king. If there is any mistake please forgive about that.

Beowulf did many things and went on many adventures. However, three main things he did make up the three main sections of the Anglo-Saxon epic. He fought and killed the monster Grendel. He hunted and killed Grendel's mother. Finally, in old age he sacrificed himself to kill the Dragon.
