Stephen Hawking is brilliant man probably the smartest in theworld. He has done amazing things such as he has a Ph.D. inphysics. and Dr. Hawking has researched black holes. Hi…s mostimportant discovery so far is that black holes emit X-rays andgamma-rays that can be detected by special scientific instruments. Dr. Hawking is the author of A Brief History of Time and Black Holes and Baby Universes and Other Essays. NOT onlythat but he was diagnosed with Lou Gehrigs disease at the age of21. That disease slowly weakens all the muscles in the body andeventually kills you.He is the longest living survivor of thedisease(MORE THAN 40 YEARS) It is very rare for it to be found onsuch a young man. So because of all he has done in improving ourworld while suffering from a horrible disease he has shownbrilliance in the arms of total failure when he could have givenup. Our world would not be the same without Stephen Hawking.
He is a world renowned scientist, but unfortunantely he is wheel chair bound and unable to speak. he is on a wheel chair and can't speak because of the disease ALS of most c…ommonly know as Lou Gehrig's disease. It is a disease that slowly kills all nerves in the body and eventually kills you. he is the longest known survivor of this disease. And It is very rar for someone as young as he was(21) gets diagnosed with it.
Stephen Hawking is British. and one of the world's leading physicists and cosmologists. He has made numerous important contributions to those sciences, and is a leader in the …search for the TOE - the Theory of Everything. His email is S.W.Hawking@damtp.cam.ac.UK and his full name is Stephen William Hawking. He was born January 8th 1942. 300 years after Galileo's death. He was born in northern London. He went to collage and received his PH.D and was first a research fellow. Later he became a professional fellow at Gonville and Caius College. Stephen Hawking is a very good writer and he writes books for a living.
Stephen Hawking was born in Oxford, England.
He worked hard and didn't allow his physical problems control his life.
Professor Stephen Hawking is a famous scientist in the field of Theoretical Physics, most notable for his work in helping to understand black holes. He has difficulty communic…ating due to a disease known as ALS which results in nerve degradation. He communicates via a binary sensor that detects when he twitches his cheek and sends that signal to his computer, allowing him to select words and phrases using text-to-speech software. Professor Hawking receives a new custom computer donated by Intel Corporation every couple of year.
i think it iss either scottish or greek . hope i could help ;)
he's doing good infact he is still alive
No, he is an MP!
Stephen Hawking was born in Oxford, England, on January 8, 1942
He is from Ireland - County Cork
Jesuit priest George LeMaitre developed the math for the Big Bang (although the name came later) in 1927, long before Stephen Hawking was born.
stevin hawlking did his work in.........
In a united states reasearch facility
it might of been his nickname
In Black Holes
Black hole theory dates back to late 18th century with John Michellwho described matter falling towards a body of sufficient mass suchthat its speed could be accelerated to th…at of light speed, although many implications were not fully described untilEinstein's general theory, the field equations of which were solvedby Schwarzschild and others. Professor Hawking's latercontributions which involved the nature of the universe and itspossibly initial black hole singularity-like state and were partlyinspired by mathematician and cosmologist Roger Penrose. ProfessorHawking later studied quantum mechanics, from which came perhapshis most famous addition to black hole theory, the posit that blackholes interact thermodymanically with the universe and emitradiation which was later known as Hawking radiation. Hawking has commented that his progressive illness and physicalchallenges gave him much time for meditation and in that respectthe illness itself contributed indirectly to his contributions tothe growing body of black hole theory.
