Atheist-majority countries tend to have the greatest acceptance of Atheists. Most Scandinavian countries are Atheist-majority. Japan, Germany, and the Czech Republic also have large populations of Atheists.
I would be hesitant to include countries like Azerbaijan, China, Vietnam, and other similarly irreligious countries in this list because these countries use laws to suppress religion. As a result, the prevalence of Atheism in those countries is less about what people believe and more about how they are forced to legally admit disbelief when they may actually believe in private. These countries are definitely not countries in which Rationalist Skeptics, the most well-known group of Atheists in the West (Dawkins, Hitchens, etc.), would be welcome because these people argue against state-based repression of belief.

Aceptance of atheism is prevalent in Europe. In the Scandinavian countries many citizens are hesitant to admit to any religious inclination.
In North America Canada is the most accepting of atheists.
In Asia China is officially a secular society
