There were no 'countries' in today's sense of the word. Greece comprised hundreds of independent city-states which from time to time banded into defensive alliances.

The Peloponnesian war was between Athens and its allies and Sparta and its allies. The city-states stretched from Sicily, through mainland Greece, to the Aegean Sea and Asia Minor.

Late in the war Persia provided financial support to the Spartan league to enable it to match the dominant Athenian fleet, resulting in Athens' defeat.

About 300 Greek city states stretching from Sicily to Asia Minor, aligned with either Athens or Sparta.

There were hundreds of city-states fighting in the war. One side was Athens and its empire of a couple of hundred mostly Ionian Greek cities allied to it, and the other the Peloponnesian League, an alliance of mainly Dorian Greek city-states led by Sparta.

Who were the combatants of the Trojan Persian and Peloponnesian Wars?

Were you talking about the Greek Persian and Peloponnesian Wars? If so, the Persian war was between the invading Persians and the defending Greeks, who formed a league in which the military was led by one of the Spartan kings. (Sparta had two kings at the same time.) In the Peloponnesian War, it was the Delian League (Athens and allies) vs. the Peloponnesian League (Sparta and allies) Sparta ended up beating Athens after destroying their fleet.
