And - even if I wrote it already in quite a few answers - it was at least not only due to Swiss bank dealings with rich Germans or industrials dealing with the axis. Switzerland had a general mobilisation leading to up to 450'000 soldiers guarding its borders, dynamite armament of all bridges and tunnels from north to south (to be blown up in case of invasions), the "reduced Switzerland" defence plan, and a completely free - and very famous - European radio station informing about the war situation... during the first months of war there were clashes between German luftwaffe and the Swiss airforce, a German revenge mission with so-called "destroyer" planes and an attempt to send pioneers to blow up Swiss airfields...
But in fact Germany had several invasion plans for Switzerland and it was most probably a combination of all this (and much luck) that saved the country...

Moving the borders between countries. For example, in a land grab, Nazi Germany partitioned parts of Western Poland and added them to Germany.
