You need to replace the starter solenoid .

Check your battery. Usually when you get the clicking sound that means the battery is dead or in need of charge.
Nothing happens!
Assuming it is equipped with a Briggs & Stratton: Fuel solenoid test: Unclip wiring harness and remove solenoid from carburetor float bowl. Take a charged 9 volt battery, and touch two leads from the battery terminal to the solenoid terminals (polarity doesn't matter). You should hear an audible click as it engages, on some models you can actually see the solenoid plunger retract under power. If nothing happens, replace solenoid.

Nothing really happens when you click on the chalk board.
Me neither...I don't know what's your problem but when i try to change it, (click the yellow button that says "choose a Picture from your computer") nothing happens, like, literally NOTHING HAPPENS!! SORRY!! CAN'T HELP YOU!! I was looking for an answer myself....:'(

If you get a single "Click" the first time Check for dirty or loose battery terminals, check wires on solenoid, or replace solenoid
