Hitler required all the people in concentration camps to wear patches identifying them. Many other people besides Jewish people were treated this way. Here are other groups sorted by what they were forced to wear:
Brown Triangle - Roma people, more commonly known as Gypsies. They initially wore the black triangle.
Pink triangle - It was mostly used for homosexual men, but it was occasionally used for pedophiles, zoophiles, and rapists.
Red triangle - Political enemies, mostly Liberals, communists, socialists, trade unionists, Freemasons, anarchists, and social Democrats.
Green Triangle - Professional criminals. Many were given ranks in the concentration camps and were expected to control the other prisoners.
Blue Triangle - Foreign servants, emigrants.
Purple Triangle - Bible students, mostly Jehovah's Witnesses.
Black Triangle - "Antisocial" persons, lesbians, alcoholics, lazy people, mentally ill persons, vagrants, prostitutes, etc.
Uninverted Red Triangle - Enemy POWs, conscription resisters.

Jews and slave workers were the only ones who were forced to wear specific clothing outside of the camp system.
There were a few groups that wore clothes other than the standard striped suits.
The triangles/circles were not totally uniform.
In the camps Jews of course had to wear a yellow triangle and a green triangle one sewn inverted on top of the other to give the appearance of a Star of David.
Other groups targeted by the Nazis for destruction included the Romani people, the disabled, political dissidents, homosexuals, and Slavic peoples. These groups were persecuted and murdered as part of the Nazis' efforts to create a "pure" Aryan society.
