∙ 15y agoIt could be constipation,a kidney infection, an injury to your ribs or muscles, or depending on the severity of the pain it could even be your appendix. The right side is your gallbladder among other things. It depends on the symptoms and other conditions such as your age and sex. You should try web md. Remember, pain is you body's way of telling you that something is wrong and it is best to get the advice of a liscensed physician who can look at the whole picture and diagnose the problem properly.

∙ 15y agoIf it is new and acute, you need to see a doctor. If you are a female it could be an ectopic pregnancy, which if untreated will cause internal bleeding and you could die. Other than that it could be cramps, indigestion, or a problem with your intestines. In any case, I'd consult a doctor.

∙ 14y agowell it could be your gall bladder. if it is your gall bladder your pee would also look like Coke and your stool would turn white. it could also be appendix.
or you could just have a stomach ache!

BTW if it you think it may be your appendix or gall bladder you may want to go see your doctor.
