This is due to the right rear tire pressure not balancing with the left front tire when your radio is tuned to a country and western channel.
Flooded in the river or flooded by gas? Any "check engine lights"? Full gas pedal depression is the normal way to clear gas flooding or first remove the spark plugs and blow out the excess gas.
Spray soapy water on all small black rubber hoses on engine when running. If any place along any hose causes soapy water to "blow bubbles" the leak will be there. Old trick that may or may not work.

if car is blowing cold air, you need to check the thermostat,the heater core, and the heat control. the coolant will not blow cold air unless there is no coolant at all in engine,then you have bigger problem anyway

your fan (located underdash on passenger side) may be kaput, its simple to take out see if there is dirt and dust lodged inside the unit. clean out try it out again, if it doesnt work you may need a new fan. heatercore may be gone too?
If you can borrow an air compressor with a blow gun use that to blow the dust and dirt away from the spark plug area before trying to remove the sparkplug
