good gymnasts can do flips, piks and back somersaults.
a good gymnast needs to have giants on bars,a urchanko on vault(round off back hand spring),a back hand spring on beam, and a full on floor :)
Gymnastics helps you to gain strength, respect, obedience, and loyalty for others. It teaches you how to work for what you want, work independently and as a group. It teaches you so many things. It is the best sport to participate in in my opinion.

I am a gymnast for about two years, and one thing that gymnastics' can do for you is make you stronger, for one thing, and make you get more muscles and is one excersize that will surely benefit you. If you want to be a tumbler, which is without bars/balancebeam, give it a try. but if your more of those gymnastics' girl like I am, then take a bigger step and start working on everything. Gymnastics' is expensive so just be ready to pay a lot and have a good scheduale. Tumbling is cheaper, but I prefer gymnastics. Hope this helps!
Answer 2
ive been a gymnast for longer than i can imagine i started classes when i was two! i am now a level 5. gymnastics can help you maintain your balance, flexibility, strength, and courage. gymnastics helps maintain your courage because really if your a gymnast you cant be afraid of much because well.... most of you life is right in front of you and if you mess up and goof off well, that's your problem because you could get hurt really bad and just not be able to do anything, so hope this helps with your question thanks!

The persort but pro leotards range in price the cheapest one I have is about 35. If you do not want to buy a gymnastics leotard you can always wear a tank top and shorts. Winter time you can wear the same things but long sleeve gymnastics leotards come into season. You have to wear long sleeve gymnastics Leo's to meets. Hope this helped
The events are floor, bars, beam and vault and you learn to do flips such as a backhand spring...you can do anything really like compete or just do it for fun...you will learn to do flips on beam
You can swing around it, do chin-ups, balance, and many more. Hoped this helped!

Tumbl Trak
you jump then swing
You *can* but it's definitely not ideal and I wouldn't recommend doing it often. Gymnastics bars are very different from other bars and training a lot on other bars may actually mess you up when you go back to a gymnastics bar.
A front support in gymnastics is usually done on the bars. You will be upright and on top of the bar with your arms perfectly straight and your belly off the bar. Your stomach should not be touching the bar. You should be supporting yourself all the way up with your arms. This is one of the fundamental positions of gymnastics which will lead to the development of other skills on the bar as well.
